With plans to strengthen its position in the market, DRA is set to become a key player in these emerging cities, which are seeing rapid growth in the real estate sector.

Revenue Growth and Expansion Plans

DRA has set ambitious goals for the coming years. The company expects its revenue to reach Rs 500 crore by the end of this financial year, with a targeted growth to Rs 1,000 crore by 2026-27. This is a significant increase from the Rs 300 crore the company achieved in FY 2023-24. The company is committed to driving growth through strategic expansion in new markets and enhanced offerings in its home market of Chennai.

Strengthening Chennai Market Presence

In addition to the expansion into Pune and Bengaluru, DRA continues to solidify its base in Chennai. The company has added 2.7 million square feet of saleable area in the city, spread across nine ongoing and six upcoming projects. This reflects DRA's commitment to meeting the growing demand for residential spaces in one of India's most dynamic cities.

Brand Revitalization and New Campaign

As part of its expansion strategy, DRA has also refreshed its brand philosophy, unveiling the slogan "Home of Pride." To amplify this new direction, the company has appointed popular actor Rashmika Mandanna as its first-ever brand ambassador. This strategic partnership aims to resonate with homebuyers, particularly millennials and Gen Z, who view homeownership as both a personal achievement and a symbol of pride.

The brand’s new "Home of Pride" campaign, which will launch on November 30, 2024, will be an integrated 360-degree marketing initiative. It will include TV commercials on leading channels, social media promotions, print ads, multiplex activations, and outdoor campaigns. The campaign, created by Blue Noodles, emphasizes DRA’s commitment to delivering quality, affordable, and timely homes that customers can truly take pride in owning.
